84,443 decisions of the German federal supreme courts in the official German wording. Claude finds them with the tool urteile and cites them with paragraph numbers.
Zitierfest contains decisions of the German federal supreme courts (BGH, BAG, BVerfG, BVerwG, BFH, BSG and BPatG) since 2010 in the official text. Claude can search by keyword, find decisions on a specific provision and quote individual paragraph numbers. Decisions of lower courts (local, regional and higher regional courts etc.) and commentaries are not included.
Using it in Claude
The tool urteile searches by keyword, by a cited provision, or by docket number (Aktenzeichen) and ECLI. For each decision it first returns the header with headnote, operative part and cited provisions; on request, the reasons with paragraph numbers (Randnummern), plus a ready-made citation line. All texts are German. Ask, for example:
- “Which decisions are there on § 536a BGB? Quote the headnotes verbatim in German.”
- “Find decisions on cosmetic repairs (Schönheitsreparaturen) in a flat handed over unrenovated.”
- “Load VIII ZR 185/14 and quote paragraphs 15 to 20 verbatim.”
